A Trip to Denver

Wendy and I flew from Idaho Falls to Denver today on a weekend trip for just the two of us.  After arriving at the Denver airport we bought tickets for the train to downtown.  It was a good way to go, and the train dropped us off within a short walking distance to our hotel.  We are staying at the Westin Downtown which is next to the outdoor shopping area called the 16th Street Mall.  After checking in to our room we decided to go have dinner at The Cheesecake Factory.  The weather is so nice that we ate outside.  After dinner we explored 16th Street on foot until we were at the end of it.  Then we took the shuttle bus back to our hotel.  We enjoyed the outdoor heated pool that had a good view of the clock tower and the street below before going to bed.
