Tucker Carlson Live Tour
When Wendy and I heard that Tucker Carlson was going on a speaking tour and that he would be in Salt Lake City with special guest Glenn Beck we both decided that we wanted to go see them. Ever since the attempted assassination on Donald Trump we have both been more interested in politics and the direction of the country. We really want to see Trump win the election and both of these men are helping to persuade people to the Republican Party. We arrived in Salt Lake and parked at the Gateway parking garage. We walked through the outdoor mall and across the street to the Delta Center which is now called the Vivint Arena. We were early enough that we bought some pizza and drinks to eat before going to our seats. We found our seats which were just above the main floor and to the left of the stage. We had a good view. When the event started it felt very much like a political rally and the crowd was very enthusiastic. Wendy and I are not the type of people who wave their arms and scream and shout. We stood and watched quietly. Tucker spoke for about half an hour, and he was very natural about it. He seemed to be speaking without notes or a teleprompter, but his speech was well organized and delivered. He was joined by Glenn Beck and they both sat down on chairs and had a conversation for at least another half hour or more. It was interesting to hear Glenn refer to church doctrines without overtly stating his religious beliefs. We were glad we went.
